Winter 2018 Opti Green Fleet Training
The winter Green Fleet program is for both current Green Fleet (Intro or otherwise) and graduating Tackers 3 Sailors. The program runs on Sunday mornings from 09:00 - 11:00. The enrolment fee includes race entry in the Seldén for Sailing Ice Breaker Series 2018. The Ice Breaker Series is the centreboard racing series of racing held on the third Sunday morning of each month between (and including) May to August. For more information on what the Seldén for Sailing Ice Breaker Series 2018 is all about, please see this link. The Green Fleeters get their own race start at the Ice Breaker Series and their coach is there every step of the way to guide them through the race. On all the other weekends, the Green Fleet course offers sailors the opportunity to improve their boat handling and tuning skills in addition to practising basic racing skills under the tuition of an experienced, Australian Sailing (AS) qualified coach.
