Notice to Competitors
On Saturday 17th March 2012 at 9.00am we will be conducting an
Annual General Meeting for the Melges 32 class, Australian Fleet, at
Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club during the National Titles.
An agenda for this meeting will be available by Thursday afternoon and
will be emailed to each association member ASAP. Should you have
any items for discussion that you want included please make them
Known by email to both Tracey Walters (sales@melges.com.au) and
myself (kmwill53@bigpond.net.au) ASAP.
The primary aim of the meeting will be to set next seasons calendar and
discuss general association business.
I envisage we will need an hour to get thru the agenda and a transcript
and minutes of the meeting will be made available to you sometime next
week.
I have also been asked to ensure you have your crew and sail
declarations lodged with both the yacht club and Melges Asia Pac. Also
be aware that a mandatory Cat 7 safety certificate with special
references to the NSW Maritime requirements above and beyond the
Cat 7 requirements should be lodged with RPAYC sailing office.
