Special Events
Volunteer Training Sessions
Event details:
The club operates based on the our members volunteering their time to assist in a wide range of club activities.
Race management is one of the busiest areas. To continue attracting new volunteers and training and retaining existing ones, a number of training events have been scheduled.
- Theory Session – 31 October, 5-7pm
- On Water Session 1 – 14 November
- On Water Session 2 – 28 November
Potential and existing on water volunteers are encouraged to complete the e-learning modules on the Australian Sailing website to stay up to date with their Rules knowledge and skills. Those involved in mark laying or support boats should also enrol in the AS Safety Boat Handling Course.
RRS Workshop Session
Event details:

The second Racing Rules Workshop. Put your knowledge to the test with practical group projects on the night. Mock Protest Panel and scenarios.
