RPAYC - Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club

   Many thanks to Rob Starkey for leading the Coral Coast 2011 Program. This program will culminate with a facilitated rendezvous cruise north over the period May to November 2011. Information on the program is available from the Club website, in cruising event emails, and at each First Friday. The seminar series is now starting and you are most welcome to attend whether you join the actual cruise north or not! A very special weekend away!! Our October Long Weekend cruise will be to Newcastle with a wine tour to the Hunter Valley on the Sunday. Not to out done by the Bonifacio presentation we will launch the Coral Coast clothing range. This range has been designed by a famous Australian designer with no expense spared

Disposal of Old Flares  - It has been recently announced that out-of-date flares can be left with NSW Maritime Coastal Service Centres.  Flares can now be placed into special containers at NSW Maritime centres where they are stored for collection and transported to the Sterihealth facility at Silverwater. The expired flares will then be destroyed at ultra-high temperature under strict environmental conditions. For NSW Maritime centre locations see http://www.maritime.nsw.gov.au/locator.html
