Volunteers Wanted!
Volunteers are sought to assist with this event particularly on Wednesday 8th, Thursday 9th and Friday 10th and also to be on hand after sailing on Tuesday 14th.
The role of the volunteers covers the following:
- The team will be headed by Richard Coxon.
- Welcoming competitors to the Club. Providing information re the Club and facilities.
- Volunteers will be issued with Red Caps so that they may be identified by the competitors as being able to assist and provide information.
- Also it will identify the volunteer as one who knows the programme and hence will need to be listened to when asking competitors to move their boats or go to a certain location.
- Marshalling the boats into the area to allow rigging.
- Control of boat and vehicular traffic on the Club premises and particularly the hardstands.
- Traffic control to get the boats onto the correct hardstand.

| Berthing: |
|
Boats competing in the regatta shall be berthed free of charge at RPAYC from 9th – 14th February, 2012.
Boats will be allocated berthing on arrival to RPAYC and shall remain in their allocated berths for the duration of the regatta.
Berthing will be on C Arm marina, Services Wharf and casual berths at RPAYC.
Loading of boats into the water will occur at Green Point (2 cranes) and Crytal Bay (1 crane) Hardstands.

Parking and Trailer Storage:
|
|
Car Parking is available at Crystal Bay. User will be required to contact reception at the boom gate for access.
No boat trailers of any description shall be stored in any RPAYC car parking facilities, to allow for ample competitor parking (Existing facility holders may remain in their allocated locations).
Trailers shall be stored off-site free of charge from the 6th February at 15 Jubilee Avenue, Warriewood, New South Wales, signage will be displayed at the site. Please record your trailer rego to include with your registration process.
Traffic controllers and marshalls will be directing traffic from Wednesday 8 - 10th February.
