The RPAYC has operated a slipway for its members since 1952. In 2007, the club invested in its redevelopment and, after a successful opening, Pittwater's newest and most modern boatyard now includes:

• A 50 tonne travel lift.
• A hardstand for up to 10 boats.
• Custom built cradles and cradle carrier.
• 120 000 litre rain-water catchments.
• Replacement of a large mast desk (which houses a 1000 Kg crane)
